Wonder Pops was born in The Heights, Houston — out of sunshine, curiosity, and one woman’s love for real, honest food.

Founder Karla Rosa started making ice pops not from a business plan, but from a deep desire to create something that felt real again — desserts made from fruit, not flavorings; colors that come from nature, not a lab.

Growing up surrounded by vibrant flavors and a sense of community, Karla wanted to share that same joy — the simple magic of childhood summers spent outside, not online. What began in her kitchen quickly grew into a neighborhood favorite, a local movement of families rediscovering the joy of slowing down, gathering, and sharing a moment of wonder.

Each pop is still made the same way — crafted by hand, with real fruit, simple ingredients, and imagination.
